Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling your BeJugadu order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can check whether the order has already been dispatched.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation of your order, please email our customer support team:

Please include your Order ID in your email so that we can identify your order quickly.

Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

If the product is eligible for return, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If you have made an online payment and your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds for approved prepaid cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery orders can also be cancelled before they are shipped.

Repeated cancellation of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on COD availability for future orders.
