Please ensure that:

- Someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
BeJugadu shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, contact numbers or recipient details provided during checkout.
Remote & Non-Serviceable Areas
Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.
In rare cases, if delivery to a particular location is not possible, your order may be cancelled and any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp, wherever available, so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
