Orders

An order is considered confirmed after successful online payment or confirmation of a Cash on Delivery order.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through Email or WhatsApp, where available.

BeJugadu reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

Repeated cancellation or refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in COD availability being restricted for future orders.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. Eligible products may still be subject to the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy.
